Creating a Passle Post from Scratch

Follow the simple steps highlighted below to create a Passle post from scratch.

Step 1: 'Write a post' to begin creating a post from scratch.

Log into your Passle account & select

Step 2:

Add your post title and body text. There is a 150-character limit in the title field. The text field is unlimited in word/character count.

Step 3:

You have the option to embed media (from external links), tables, embedded imagery, gifs, videos, rich content options like post accordions, as well as formatting options including bullets, numbers, headings & subheadings

Step 4:

Passle also provides the option to add multiple quotes and links to external references throughout your post

Step 5:

You can add up to 15 authors/co-authors to your Passle post

Step 6:

You can add a piece of 'Featured Media' to your post which can include imagery, audio content, videos, and links to embedded external content (like YouTube videos, Vimeo, data visualisations)

Step 7:

There is the option to add post tags that can either be selected from a pre-defined list of Tag Groups or be written in free form if this option is enabled

Step 8:

The final step is to send your post for approval through your firm's internal governance structure
